Khud Kifalat Rozgar Trust was founded on June 30, 2010 by few generous persons of Sialkot Chamber Of Commerce & Industry. Al-Hamdu Lillah , at the moment the number of Trustees is 44.  The Trust is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860.  Trustees are required to donate Rs. 100,000 annually.  The fund of the Trust is utilized for disbursement of Interest Free Micro Credit (Qarz-e-Hasna) to the persons who do not find easy access to obtain loans to start small businesses in order to support themselves and their families.  In other words the mission of the Trust is to provide Interest Free Loans to deprived people of our society to start their own businesses to become Self-employed.  The credit is extended to the deserving persons without discrimination as to religion, gender, cast or creed.

The Project was initiated purely on humanitarian grounds to seek the blessings of Almighty Allah Who has ordained that if you (the believers) give Qarz-e-Hasna to Him, He will return it to you much in excess of what you have given to Him.  Additionally, He will bless you with His forgiveness. Here giving Qarz-e-Hasna to Allah means giving charity or Interest Free loan to His human beings, and this is a very noble cause.

Throughout the years Khud Kifalat Rozgar Trust continues to advance its endeavor of helping people to become Self-sufficient, directly benefitting borrowers and their families.  With the divine blessing up till now Rs. 64, 44,000 have been disbursed in 240 borrowers.  Among those 9 are Non-Muslims and 28 women.  It is encouraging that in over 90% cases, the loan is being paid back through monthly installments, whereas, 59 borrowers have paid back full amount lent to them.
